Hi to all! It has been awhile since I have posted. I have enrolled back in school to finish up my degree. I am posting in reference to my daughter Kennidee who is now 19 months old. Since my last post we have experienced seizures, they were partial on one side. They would last up to a couple of hours by the time we would get her to the hospital and the doctors finally realized it was a seizure. Since then she was put on medication to control them, which made her extremely sleepy and fussy. After her seizures she would experience paralysis on her right side for a couple of days.
Since December we have weened her off the meds and she has had some mild seizures but they lasted maybe a minute and she pulled herself out of them and went back to playing.
I am concerned about her pws. It covers about 90 percent of her face and includes the eyes, nose, and mouth. Over the last few weeks I have noticed a darkening on both sides. At first it looked like a bruise, but it has expanded and gotten darker. She hasn't had any laser treatments because our insurance wont cover it and we really can't afford it. Could she be developing blebs??
Any advice, would be greatly appreciated
