Our Conference Co-Directors are Dr. Martin C. Mihm\, Jr. and Dr. J. Stuart Nelson. \nThis year will be VBF’s 19th Annual Conference and Clinic and we are committed to making this our farthest reaching and most impactful event yet. Our conference serves individuals and families from around the world with any kind of vascular birthmark or associated syndrome including hemangioma\, port wine stains\, arteriovenous malformations\, capillary malformations\, lymphatic malformations\, Sturge-Weber syndrome\, Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome\, CMTC\, and CLOVES\, among ALL others. \nVBF is the only medical charity in the world to provide such a comprehensive list of FREE services at our Conference\, including  FREE laser treatment for those deemed eligible and 1 night of hotel lodging for the first 50 families to register. \nConference admission also includes access to expert lectures\, breakfast\, lunch and daycare\, individual clinic appointments with our international team of experts\, dental and orthodontic exams to those qualified\, professional make-up consultations\, insurance support\, psychotherapy sessions\, and much more. \nWe look forward to welcoming your family in October! \n\nEvent Overview:\n\n\nFREE LASER TREATMENT. The Beckman Laster Institute will offer a limited number of FREE LASER THERAPY SESSIONS to eligible registrants the day before the conference\, on Friday\, October 11\, 2019. Register early to be screened and to determine your eligibility. Current Beckman Laser Institute patients are ineligible. Screening instructions will be provided by email after you register. \n\n\nFREE HOTEL ROOM. VBF will provide a FREE HOTEL ROOM at the Hotel Irvine for the night of Friday\, October 11\, 2019 to the first 50 eligible families to register. Only those who live outside the Irvine\, California area will be considered for a free hotel room. Register early to secure your room. After you register\, we will follow-up to let you know if you qualify for the free room and to provide further reservation instructions\, including details about possibly extending your stay at your own cost.  If you have a free room and wish to cancel\, please do so by 9/1 or VBF will reserve the right to charge you for the cost of the room. This is to ensure that all our free rooms are fully utilized by families in need. \n\n\nSCHEDULE OF EVENTS. The Conference on Saturday\, October 12\, 2019 will be from 8- 6 PM\, with expert lectures at the Hotel Irvine offered on Saturday morning\, along with daycare so that adults may attend the sessions. After lunch\, transportation will be provided to the Beckman Laser Institute\, where the afternoon clinical appointments and special sessions will be held based on individual appointments that will be provided upon to attendees upon check-in at the Conference. Conference admission includes FREE meals\, daycare\, clinical appointments\, and special sessions appointments\, including make-up\, orthodontic exams\, dental exams\, support group sessions\, insurance\, and more. /blockquote> \n\n\nREGISTRATION. Registration is $100 per family\, and a $25 non-refundable processing fee will be assessed for each registration. Refunds will be issued to anyone who cancels before August 30\, 2019.
